ASCOPE has formally entered into a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP), represented by Mr. Graham Henley, to strengthen collaboration on advancing the energy transition agenda in ASEAN. The MoC was signed on behalf of ASCOPE by Mr. Henricus Herwin, ASIC Executive Director.

This cooperation marks an important milestone in reinforcing regional and international partnerships, aimed at supporting ASEAN’s evolving energy landscape. Through this collaboration, ASCOPE and IOGP will work closely to enhance knowledge exchange, promote the adoption of international best practices, and encourage innovation in the oil and gas sector to support a more sustainable and efficient energy system.

As ASCOPE commemorates its 50th anniversary, this partnership reflects its continued commitment to deepening regional cooperation and strengthening linkages between ASEAN and global energy stakeholders.
