The ASCOPE HSSE Management System Guidelines define a set of minimum requirements for oil and gas companies operating in ASEAN countries. The Guidelines will act as a framework to provide order and consistency for HSSE management in ASCOPE.

ASEAN PETROLEUM SECURITY AGREEMENT (APSA)The new ASEAN Petroleum Security Agreement or APSA is a covenant among Member States that establishes petroleum sharing scheme aimed at assisting Member State(s) in time of emergencies due to petroleum supply shortages. To date, APSA has already been fully ratified by ten (10) Member States namely Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
