In conjunction with the ASCOPE Council Meeting 2025, ASCOPE convened the Stream Update Meeting in Bangkok, Thailand. The session served as a strategic platform for representatives from all four Streams — Commercial, Clean Energy, Technical, and Policy — to share progress updates, key achievements, and upcoming initiatives.

This meeting highlighted ASCOPE’s collective efforts in advancing regional cooperation within the oil and gas sector, while reinforcing the organisation’s active role in supporting ASEAN’s broader energy transition agenda.

Throughout the discussion, each Stream presented its 2025 work progress, focusing on collaborative initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and technical studies that align with ASCOPE’s strategic directions. Among the key highlights were updates on clean energy integration, infrastructure resilience, policy harmonisation, and capacity-building efforts aimed at enhancing energy security and sustainability across the region.

The meeting also provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen inter-Stream coordination, exchange insights, and identify potential areas for joint action. By fostering open dialogue and synergy among Member Countries, ASCOPE continues to demonstrate its commitment to building a resilient, inclusive, and sustainable energy future for ASEAN.
